Build the wheel around your kit
The workout wheel starts with equipment-free movements and is meant to be rewritten. Take out anything you have no space or gear for, add the exercises you are actually working on, and rename entries so they carry the detail you need, such as ten slow press-ups rather than press-ups. Decide the rep count or the time per movement before the first spin so you are not negotiating with yourself between exercises. Twelve movements you can do properly in the space you have are worth more than forty you cannot.
